All foreign persons and foreign ships and vessels are bound to follow the Government of Finland Ruling 318 / 90 while entering or moving inside the Sea Defence Areas. According to these demands is that a foreigner must possess a pass granted by control and surveillance personnel. Additionally they shall also carry their own passport or reliable identification card. The pass granted is personal.

ATTENTION!

Foreigners must leave the military area by 4.15 p.m. daily.

The application form must reach the officials latest two weeks before the desired entrance to the area.
